【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationprovidesguidanceonthequalityaspectsinthefieldofgasanalysisthatareimplementedinordertoachievearesultwithavalidmeasurementuncertainty.Itprovidesguidelinesonqualityaspectstobeemployedingasanalysisusingcalibrationgasmixturesandtheirsubsequentvalidationand/orverification,andthetestingoftheanalyticalperformanceofgasanalysisinstruments.Theseguidelineshavetheoverallobjectiveofdefiningprocedureswhichwillensurethatmeasurementsofgascompositionarereliable,comparableandconsistentbetweendifferentorganizationsandcountries.ThisTechnicalSpecificationexplains,inparticular,theconceptsofmeasurementuncertaintyandoftraceabilityaseffectivequalityassurancetoolsfordefiningthemeasurementuncertaintyofparticularmeasurementresults.Italsogivesguidanceonhowtoidentifyandestimatemeasurementuncertaintycomponentsoftheresult,andhowtocombinetheseuncertaintycomponentsinordertoobtaintheoveralluncertainty.
