【摘要】:ThispartofISO362specifiesanengineeringmethodformeasuringthenoiseemittedbyroadvehiclesofcategoriesMandNundertypicalurbantrafficconditions.ItexcludesvehiclesofcategoryL1andL2,whicharecoveredbyISO9645,andvehiclesofcategoryL3,L4andL5coveredbyISO362-2.Thespecificationsareintendedtoreproducethelevelofnoisegeneratedbytheprincipalnoisesourcesduringnormaldrivinginurbantraffic(seeAnnexA).Themethodisdesignedtomeettherequirementsofsimplicityasfarastheyareconsistentwithreproducibilityofresultsundertheoperatingconditionsofthevehicle.Thetestmethodrequiresanacousticalenvironmentthatisonlyobtainedinanextensiveopenspace.Suchconditionsareusuallyprovidedfor?typeapprovalmeasurementsofavehicle,?measurementsatthemanufacturingstage,and?measurementsatofficialtestingstations.NOTE1Theresultsobtainedbythismethodgiveanobjectivemeasureofthenoiseemittedunderthespecifiedconditionsoftest.Itisnecessarytoconsiderthefactthatthesubjectiveappraisalofthenoiseannoyanceofdifferentclassesofmotorvehiclesisnotsimplyrelatedtotheindicationsofasoundmeasurementsystem.Asannoyanceisstronglyrelatedtopersonalhumanperception,physiologicalhumanconditions,cultureandenvironmentalconditions,thereisalargevariationanditisthereforenotusefulasaparametertodescribeaspecificvehiclecondition.NOTE2Spotchecksofvehicleschosenatrandomarerarelymadeinanidealacousticalenvironment.IfmeasurementsarecarriedoutontheroadinanacousticalenvironmentwhichdoesnotfulfiltherequirementsstatedinthisInternationalStandard,theresultsobtainedcandeviateappreciablyfromtheresultsobtainedusingthespecifiedconditions.
