【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardisintendedtodescribethequalificationprocedurefortypeapprovalofthetightnessofhermeticallysealedandclosedcomponents,jointsandpartsusedinrefrigeratingsystemsandheatpumpsasdescribedinEN378.Thesealedandclosedcomponents,jointsandpartsconcernedare,inparticular,fittings,burstingdiscs,flangedorfittedassemblies.Thetightnessofflexiblepipingmadefromnon-metallicmaterialsisdealtwithinEN1736.Metalflexiblepipingarecoveredbythisstandard.TherequirementscontainedinthisdocumentareapplicabletojointsofmaximumDN50andcomponentsofinternalvolumeofmaximum5landmaximumweightof50kg.Thisdocumentisintendedtocharacterisetheirtightnessstressesmetduringtheiroperations,followingthefittingprocedurespecifiedbythemanufacturer,andtospecifytheminimallistofnecessaryinformationtobeprovidedbythesupplierofacomponenttothepersoninchargeofcarryingoutthisprocedure.Itspecifiestheleveloftightnessofthecomponent,asawhole,anditsassemblyasspecifiedbyitsmanufacturer.Itappliestothehermeticallysealedandclosedcomponents,jointsandpartsusedintherefrigeratinginstallations,includingthosewithseals,whatevertheirmaterialandtheirdesignare.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesadditionalrequirementsformechanicaljointsthatcanberecognisedashermeticallysealedjoints.
